The UK Trading Division of Cocked Hat is located along with the Head Office in Ripon. As well as trading in Poultry and Meat Products, it co-ordinates the buying of many products which are used by the Wholesale and Export Divisions and is responsible for product development.

The Division is involved in supplying many sectors of the Food market place with products from the UK and abroad. These includes poultry and meat products for retail, wholesale, and catering trades and in particular raw materials to food processors,. We have earned a reputation for professionalism and integrity and the ability to meet the requirements of modern food companies.

All products are packed to rigid specifications in line with the company's Food Safety Initiative.

Many of our customers are end users who make use of our ability to provide product to their specification either on regular contract or at short notice to match demand. The Trading Division also provides a service to suppliers in actively finding stockists for existing and newly developed products.
